*Royal Aloha Vacation Club* is one of the oldest timeshare clubs in the United States, in fact, RAVC is the very first timeshare plan to register in the State of Hawaii! The Club celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2007 and is still one of the most unique timeshare plans in the United States. Although members in Royal Aloha Vacation Club do not have any direct real estate interest in any of the Club's properties, they have a perpetual right to use to all units currently owned or may be acquired in the future by the Club. Such right is freely transferable, with a modest transfer fee, to member's heir(s) or any parties designated by the member. The Club features a unique accumulation right by giving their owners three years to use a week before it expires. Currently, the Club owns vacation properties in nine different locations: Waikiki, Kona, Maui (Hawaii); Lake Tahoe (Nevada); Chandler (Arizona); Branson (Missouri); Otter Rock (Oregon); Acapulco (Mexico); and Marbella (Spain). Member may use units in any of the vacation locations based on a first-come, first-serve reservations system without paying any additional exchange fees.
